EP Civil & Earthmoving employs a core group of qualified and competent managers and operators to successfully drive and maintain the business. When additional human resources are required to complete a project, we recruit and retain highly skilled and experienced staff to ensure that we continue to meet and exceed client expectations.


ERIC BRITTEN
Managing Director
Eric is the Managing Director for EP Civil & Earthmoving and has been involved in the Civil Construction Industry for 46 years. Eric has had experience in supervising projects at Roxby Downs for the Olympic Dam Alliance and also managed Maunsell Australia’s Port Lincoln Branch office, which serviced the Eyre Peninsula community for 3 years.

Prior to that Eric had almost 25 years experience in Municipal Engineering, supervision & management including Road Construction, STEDS, Airports, Land-Divisions, Reserves, Sport Facilities and coastal structures, with City of Port Lincoln, St Peters, Kangaroo Island and Lower Eyre Peninsula Councils.

CHARMAINE FISHER
Office Manager - QA/ HR
Charmaine started with EP Civil & Earthmoving as a Trainee in the office, and has been with the company for 14 years. After furthering her skills & knowledge through several Certificate III and Certificate IV Training Apprenticeships, Charmaine has worked her way up through the various office admin roles, and now manages all Office Administrative functions including Accounting, Payroll, Quality Assurance (QA), Human Resources (HR) & Personal Assistant (PA).

TAYLOR NETTLE
Receptionist
Taylor is our new friendly receptionist and in the few short years at EP Civil & Earthmoving, Taylor has quickly become a reliable team member overseeing all of our reception and administrative duties.
